As a Print Design Customer Service Administrator, later renamed to Account Executive, my job tasks me in creating a weekly circular for my member, and overseeing their print and digital requests. My goal is to help them achieve their advertising needs while meeting brand guidelines and deadlines.
My first account was Price Rite Marketplace, a discount grocery chain with stores in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. On a weekly basis I would create for them a weekly 2-page circular (Images 1-2) and request digital web banners for their website. On an as needed basis, I would also make or request mailers (Images 3-8), signs, and bagstuffers. I oversaw creative for their Grand Re-Opening in 2019, which included a special 4-page circular (Images 9-12), bus shelter signs (Image 13), bus king signs, billboards, and aisle directories.
In June of 2020, I also acquired the Fairway Marketplace account, a small chain of five grocery stores in NYC and Pelham, NY. On a weekly basis I would create for them a 6-page circular (Images 14-20) and request digital creative for Web/Mobile/social media platforms.
For well over a year I handled both of these accounts, utilizing time management and organization skills to make sure each account received what they needed and in a timely manner.
In October 2021, I handed over the Price Rite reigns to a new fellow co-worker and I now solely oversee Fairway Markets.
